San Francisco: Good news for  you who enjoy visiting YouTube. Video sharing site, Thursday (3 / 12), Youtube launch features name "Feather." It was intended to allow the video can be played in places where the Internet connection is slow.

This is an opt-in beta for "Feather" support on YouTube. The "Feather" project is intended to serve YouTube video watch pages with the lowest latency possible.
